When is the GunTab fee charged? ›
If you use GunTab, the 6.5% fee is settled through GunTab when the buyer confirms receipt. Off-platform payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, PayPal F&F) carry no EGO Arms fee. You are never charged on unsold listings, reserve-not-met auctions, or cancelled transactions.
How and when do I get paid? ›
Payment is arranged directly between you and the buyer off-platform — EGO Arms does not hold or process funds. If using GunTab, funds are released to you when the buyer confirms receipt. If using Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal, the buyer pays you directly and you ship after confirming receipt.
What if my item doesn't sell? ›
If your reserve is not met, or there are no bids, or the auction ends without a winner, you owe nothing. Relist the item free of charge with no penalty. We recommend reviewing your starting bid or reserve price if an item does not sell after two auctions.
Are there volume discounts for high-volume sellers? ›
Yes. Sellers who complete 25+ transactions per year or generate over $50,000 in annual sales volume are eligible for reduced commission rates. Contact our seller relations team to discuss a custom rate agreement. FFL dealers with active licenses are also eligible for commercial seller terms.
Does EGO Arms take a cut of every sale? ›
No. Selling on EGO Arms is free. If you use GunTab for payment, a 6.5% service fee applies on the final hammer price only — not on shipping costs. All other payment methods carry no EGO Arms fee. What the buyer bids is what the buyer pays, and you keep the rest.
