    Visit your FFL with a valid government-issued ID. Complete the ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. Upon approval, take possession of your firearm. Sale is complete upon confirmed transfer.

    Buyers are paying for accuracy. Provide your best estimate of rounds fired — a range is acceptable ("150–200"), as is "unknown." What's not acceptable: leaving the field blank. A missing round count signals the seller either doesn't know or doesn't care.
